When your users contact you with questions or complaints about the Gamification Tactics functionality, our CSI tool will be a first line of defense by providing you with a high degree of self-service inquiry points.

Customer Support staff can access the wappier platform to obtain information about a user's reward points, logins, redemptions, and other Gamification Tactics-related events. This way, if you get a ticket concerning points that were not credited or an item that was not claimed successfully, you may figure out what went wrong.
